Sasha is a solicitor in the UK Inbound Immigration team. She initially joined Gherson in 2019 as an Immigration Consultant and completed her Training Contract with the firm in July 2021.Sasha has over nine years of experience specialising in all aspects of UK immigration and nationality law. She works extensively with businesses and individuals, assisting them with sponsor licence matters and work visas, including the Skilled Worker visa. Sasha also handles complex and critical issues for business clients such as prevention of illegal working and compliance matters, whilst for individuals, she specialises in complex and discretionary applications relating to Appendix FM, Registration/Naturalisation and the EU Settlement Scheme.
Sasha works very closely with those operating in creative industries, supporting film and TV producers with cast and crew mobility, arranging business visits for C-suite executives as well as obtaining Global Talent visas for individuals.
She provides legal assistance to businesses, senior professionals, celebrities, international families, family offices, HNW and UHNW individuals.
