International Investment Law: publication edited and translated by Elizaveta Rachkova

We are proud to share that the international investment textbook edited and translated into English by Elizaveta Rachkova is now published.

Released in Spring 2024 with the support of the International Arbitration Centre (IAC) at the Astana International Financial Centre, this book brings together the work of 25 authors from leading international law firms. It offers a comprehensive and practical overview of the legal framework governing and protecting cross-border investments. What makes this publication truly unique is the perspective it offers: all contributing authors and editors have hands-on experience working on cases involving the post-Soviet region. Their insights are grounded in real disputes and practical experience, providing a level of depth and regional focus that is rarely found in international investment law.
