Morgan joined Gherson in August 2025 as a Paralegal, initially supporting the UK Inbound Immigration team following an internship with the firm earlier that year. From December 2025, he expanded his practice to span both the Immigration and White Collar Crime teams before transitioning full-time into White Collar Crime as a Paralegal in May 2026. He is now a Trainee with the White Collar Crime team, where he works on criminal investigations, regulatory enforcement and financial crime matters, with notable experience in fraud and money laundering investigations.
Morgan holds an LLB from Durham University and an LLM in Financial Law and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science specialising in banking law, crypto regulation and financial crime.
Prior to joining Gherson, Morgan published academic work on the decolonisation of legal education at Durham Law School and gained experience with legal associations and law firms across Europe and Canada.
Morgan’s aim is to build a focused practice as a specialist white collar crime solicitor, advising clients on the full spectrum of corporate criminal liability, financial regulation and cross-border enforcement matters.
