Morgan Lim

Morgan joined Gherson as a Paralegal in August 2025, having completed an internship with the firm’s UK Inbound Immigration team earlier that year. He draws on a strong academic foundation alongside his personal experience as an immigrant to the UK, having lived in Malaysia and Canada, to support the Immigration team across a wide range of matters.

Morgan holds an LLB from Durham University and an LLM in Financial Law and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is fluent in English, French, Mandarin and Cantonese, and his multilingualism, combined with an international upbringing, enables him to better understand clients’ circumstances and provide practical, informed support throughout the immigration process.

Prior to joining Gherson, Morgan published academic work on the decolonisation of legal education at Durham Law School and gained experience with legal associations and law firms across Europe and Canada. At Gherson, Morgan continues to develop his expertise with the aim of specialising in complex and high-value immigration cases.
