Michelina joined Gherson in 2020. Having lived and studied in North America, Europe, Russia and China, she brings a unique international perspective to her work and the team dynamic. Michelina has gained significant experience across a number of practice areas at the firm. She has extensive experience in sanctions (financial and immigration sanctions) and is developing her expertise across various other areas, including extradition, international protection, and white-collar crime.

Michelina acts as a lead lawyer on several complex and high-profile cases, working closely with Partners and legal teams in the UK and internationally. She manages politically sensitive cases, involving complex and multi-faceted legal and factual issues.
