Tech Nation loses endorsing body status

Feb 07 2023

Corporate Immigration, UK Immigration

Tech Nation will cease acting as a Global Talent visa endorsing body as of 31 March 2023 due to the UK government withdrawing its funding.

It has, for the past several years, offered a range of services to help UK technology businesses and entrepreneur start-ups succeed in the digital technology field.

For the time being, Tech Nation is still accepting new applications for endorsement. However, it is assumed that the organisation will stop endorsing new applications in the near future. If you were planning to come to the UK via the Global Talent route, with Tech Nation as your relevant body, you should submit your application as soon as possible.

Currently it is expected that a new official endorsing body will be announced shortly, which will take over from Tech Nation. As yet, no date for the announcement has been set.
