Scam relating to “Lichen” or “Lichen China Limited” shares

It has come to our attention that Roger Gherson is named as a solicitor acting on behalf of those affected by the ‘Lichen’ or ‘Lichen China Limited’ shares scam.

This is not correct. Neither Roger Gherson nor Gherson LLP, a law firm incorporated in the United Kingdom, has been instructed in relation to recovering compensation on behalf of those affected by this scam.

This seems to be further false information circulated in respect of this scam. Please disregard any communication which appears to have come from Roger Gherson of Gherson Solicitors LLP in respect of this matter.
