CHANGES TO TIER 2 PSC CUSTOMERS

UK Immigration

Previously Tier 2 Premium customers were able to book their appointments using the UKVI Apply Online Account and submit a Tier 2 paper form at their appointment.

On 12 November 2015, the Tier 2 paper application form, for Premium Service Centre use only, will be removed from www.gov.uk, along with the standalone appointment booking function.

Tier 2 premium customers will have to submit applications online and book PSC appointments online, at www.gov.uk.

Also, Tier 2 will be removed from the Points Based System dependent paper form from 12 November 2015. Tier 2 dependents will have to make their applications online and book appointments on www.gov.uk.

The Points Based System dependent paper form can only be used by Tier 1 and Tier 5 dependents.

The Home Office has stated that sponsors should encourage Tier 2 customers and any legal representatives to start using the new online service as soon as possible as they believe it to be more user- friendly and simpler.

If you are a Premium Sponsor the Home Office have stated that you should contact your designated Account Manager who will be able to provide you with further information in regards to the above changes.
