Mayuri is a multi-jurisdictional lawyer, qualified to practice in England & Wales and in India. She holds a Masters in Corporate Law from the University College London (UCL) and an integrated first-class honours degree in Law & Arts from the School of Excellence in Law, TNDALU, India.
In India, Mayuri received various facets of legal training in Corporate Law, Competition Law and Human Rights from the top tier corporate law firms, such as J.Sagar, Shardhul Amarchand and the national regulatory bodies, such as the State Human Right Commission (SHRC) and Competition Commission of India (CCI). She was the first in her university to be awarded the best intern certificate from the CCI.
In the UK, Mayuri has over 4 years of experience specialising in Corporate Immigration law across the full spectrum of Points-Based System and nationality applications. Her speciality is Sponsor Licence applications and dealing with home office audits. Her recent work includes Sponsor Licence applications for healthcare providers and tech companies, complex sponsor compliance for ultra large companies, high net worth individuals’ nationality applications and complex PBS dependant matters, such as adopted children, same sex and transgender partner applications. Mayuri has also worked at KPMG, facilitating global migration of high and ultra-high net worth individuals, which has shaped her exceptional client management skills.
