Kamilla has extensive experience and knowledge in advising on Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, Global Talent, Students, Innovators and Tier 5 applications, as well as advising companies on Sponsor Licence applications and compliance matters.
She further advises on all aspects of naturalisation and citizenship registration applications, as well as applications for entry clearance, leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain under various categories of Immigration Rules. Kamilla has expertise in tackling complex Immigration matters concerning Sponsor Licence applications, as well as issues arising from potential suspensions and revocations of the same. She is recognised for advising individuals with complex UK immigration history or unusual circumstances by providing clear advice on process and effectively outlining options.
She had also gained experience in preparation of Administrative Reviews, challenging application refusals and preparing appeals to the UK Immigration Tribunals and the European Court of Human Rights.
