Under the temporary concession:
Besides the above changes, the Global Talent application will remain the same and the applicant will need to meet all of the remaining, usual requirements for entry clearance or leave to remain under the Immigration Rules.
Those applying may request a grant of leave for a period of up to 5 years and may be eligible for settlement in the UK after 3 years’ continuous residence in the UK as a Global Talent visa holder.
