Toska Fernandez


Toska completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the MSc Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Kwantlen University in Canada. She’s a dual national of Canada and the Philippines. Toska speaks Tagalog fluently.

Toska works as a Paralegal in our General and Corporate Immigration teams, predominantly assisting with sponsor licence applications, Tier 2 ICT and Tier 2 General visas. She also assists with a wide range of matters including Tier 5 visas, EU Settlement Scheme applications, Unmarried Partner and Spouse visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Citizenship and passport applications.
