Sasha advises corporate clients and private individuals on the Points Based System (PBS). Her specialities lie predominantly within all stages of the Tier 2 immigration processes, Tier 5 processes and advising sponsors in relation to obtaining a sponsor licence and their ongoing compliance responsibilities and obligations.
She also advises on PBS applications for family members, Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, EEA applications, Appendix FM and naturalisation applications.
Sasha studied LLB Law at London Metropolitan University, before completing the Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School.
She has worked within corporate immigration for 4.5 years and has extensive experience of dealing with cases within these areas of immigration.
