Joe joined Gherson in February 2000 and practices primarily in personal immigration law, with particular expertise in human rights cases.
Joe holds a degree in English and Russian from Queen Mary and Westfield College London and an MA in Slavonic and Eastern European Studies from the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies, London University. He thereafter studied at the College of Law in Birmingham and London, qualifying in 2006.
Joe has worked on many of the firm’s complex international protection and asylum cases and has helped represent clients in Cyprus, Czech Republic, Monaco, Germany and Spain. Joe is also fluent in Russian.
