Ina qualified as a solicitor in 2014. She specialised in complex casework with an emphasis on EEA, asylum and human rights cases, before focusing on corporate immigration.
Ina advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters, including sponsor licence applications and compliance obligations for employers, work and family visa applications, settlement and citizenship. She has a particular interest in EEA migration and offers holistic advice on the immigration implications of Brexit for corporate and private clients.
Ina holds a Masters degree in Legal Practice from the University of Westminster. She completed a qualifying Masters course with the University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2019 and is pursuing a second qualification as a Bulgarian lawyer in 2020.
