Toska Kamile Fernandez
Toska is a solicitor in the UK Inbound Immigration team. She joined Gherson in 2019 as a Paralegal and completed her Training Contract with the firm in February 2022.
Toska specialises in all areas of corporate and private client immigration law. She works extensively with businesses and individuals on sponsor licence applications, work-sponsored visa applications, prevention of illegal working and immigration compliance, as well as dealing with indefinite leave to remain (ILR) and citizenship applications. Her practice includes a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and multinational corporations to HNW and UHNW individuals, international families, celebrities and academics.
