Toska’s corporate practice focuses on assisting companies and skilled workers entering or extending their UK visas for employment purposes. She also advises businesses on acquiring and maintaining sponsor licences and navigating the complexities of immigration compliance.
On the private client side, Toska supports EEA nationals and their family members, as well as family members of British citizens and those settled in the UK, in applications for visas, indefinite leave to remain, and citizenship. She takes a comprehensive approach, coordinating with tax advisors, property agents, and other professionals to ensure seamless relocation for international families, students, and professionals.
