Stacey joined Gherson 2025. She graduated from Nottingham Law School and commenced her career at the Bar before cross-qualifying and being admitted as a solicitor in July 2015. She is a highly experienced practitioner with a career spanning more than 11 years in immigration law. She offers strategic expertise across a broad spectrum of private and corporate immigration matters.Stacey has extensive experience of advising individuals, multi-national corporations and High Net Worth clients on complex immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor licence applications, EU Settlement Scheme matters, nationality and settlement applications. She is particularly adept at handling appeals, family reunification, child applications and Human Rights matters.
• A successful judicial review application for a husband and wife following a history of visitor visa refusals spanning a period of over 15 years. All further visitor visa applications for the parties have been successful.
