Jessica is a solicitor focusing on personal and corporate immigration law. Jessica has a first-class honours degree in Law from the University of Liverpool, and a diploma in China Studies from Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University. She specialises in discretionary and complex cases, and particularly matters involving human rights arguments. Jessica also has a wealth of experience in judicial reviews and appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal and the High Court.

Notable experience

Jessica’s recent experience includes overturning a decision of the Home Office to refuse an application for entry clearance as an Adult Dependent Relative; an application for an Expansion Worker Sponsor Licence on behalf of an overseas sole trader; and a discretionary application for a family visa made by an overstayer.
