Ines Yassa is an Immigration Consultant in the UK Inbound Immigration team.

Ines has a wealth of experience assisting a broad range of corporate clients with sponsor licence applications, Senior or Specialist Worker visas, Government Authorised Exchange visas and Skilled Worker visas. She assists with a number of private client matters, including EU Settlement Scheme applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain, British Citizenship and passport applications.

Prior to joining Gherson LLP, Ines studied at Birkbeck, University of London, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). Thereafter, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Notable experience

Most recently, Ines’ work included Skilled Worker visa applications with penalty charges, complex Naturalisation and Registration applications, such as children born via surrogacy, and Appendix FM applications for leave to remain on behalf of overstayers.
