Ines Yassa
Ines Yassa is an Immigration Consultant at Gherson, where she has been an integral part of the Immigration Team since 2020. Known for her meticulous approach and client-focused service, Ines advises both corporate and private clients across a wide spectrum of UK immigration matters.
Ines has extensive experience assisting corporate clients with sponsor licence applications and a range of business immigration routes, including Senior or Specialist Worker visas, Government Authorised Exchange visas, and Skilled Worker visas. She also supports individuals with EU Settlement Scheme applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain, British citizenship, and British passport applications.
Prior to joining Gherson, Ines obtained her LLB from Birkbeck, University of London, and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
• Successfully managed Skilled Worker visa applications involving penalty charges, highlighting her ability to resolve complex compliance issues.
• Advised on intricate British Naturalisation and Registration applications, including matters involving children born through surrogacy.
