Children entitled to British citizenship automatically in certain cases – What are they?

On 1 July 2021, a new section was introduced to the British Nationality Act 1981 (BNA). The new Section, 10A, was introduced for children whose parents missed the EU Settled Status deadline. Covid 19 Fraud and Insolvency Service Investigations

The Insolvency Service has received extra powers in order to investigate COVID fraud. Companies that abuse Government COVID-19 loan related schemes through fraud will now face petitioning for wind up to the Courts from the Insolvency Service.
