We continue to monitor developments closely, especially with respect to how the situation affects many Tier 1 (Investor) migrants. If you are a former Dolfin client, it is likely that you are now dealing with the following issues:

Immigration Implications

If you hold leave as a Tier 1 (Investor) Migrant, you should seek legal advice immediately. Your immigration status in the UK may be affected and you may find it challenging to extend your visa or apply for indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

Asset and Loss Recovery

In our blog Dolfin Finance Ltd – What Can Be Done If Assets Are Affected?, posted on 24 March 2021, we explained that the FCA’s consent will be needed for any individual to deal with any assets held by Dolfin. You may be considering how to recover your assets, claim losses or launch litigation against third parties associated with Dolfin. Our complex litigation and white collar crime solicitors can assist you in exploring these options.
