In a shocking move late last night, the Home Office announced that they are going to suspend the Tier 1 (Investor) visa.

The suspension will come into force at midnight on Friday 7 December 2018.

The Home Office have stated that the suspension will remain in place until new rules are put in place in 2019. The new rules will require the applicants to provide comprehensive audits of their financial and business interests and to show that the applicant has had control of the funds for a minimum of two years.
