Roger Gherson, who founded Gherson Solicitors 31 years ago, will be speaking at the closing panel discussion of the Global Migration & Wealth Management (East Asia) Conference on 5 November 2019. The panel discussion will focus on the impact of the current political instability in Hong Kong and the falling value of the pound on the popularity of the UK’s investor visa scheme. Amongst other topics, the panel will examine the business landscape post Brexit, and discuss whether the new Start-up and Innovator visa routes are suitable for overseas entrepreneurs.

Roger is highly regarded in the field of UK immigration, human rights and EU law. He is particularly recognised for his handling of complex multi-jurisdictional cases and manages a growing extradition practice with special expertise in sanctions, Interpol and Unexplained Wealth Orders.
