Gherson at the IBA Annual Conference 2026 in Copenhagen

Gherson Solicitors LLP will be attending the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference 2026, taking place in Copenhagen from 4–9 October 2026.

The IBA Annual Conference brings together legal professionals from around the world for a week of discussions, knowledge sharing and opportunities to connect with practitioners across jurisdictions.

Representing Gherson at this year’s conference will be Caroline Black, Charles Burnett, Alfred Gherson and Michael Ventom.

As part of the conference programme, Caroline Black will participate as a speaker in the Criminal Law Section mock trial – “corruption strikes back” on Tuesday 6 October. The session will examine a fictional cross-border corruption case through a mock trial conducted under Danish law and procedure.

Gherson will also be sponsoring the Committees on Anti-Corruption, Business Crime and Criminal Law joint dinner on Wednesday 7 October. The evening will provide an opportunity for practitioners from across jurisdictions to meet and continue conversations beyond the conference programme.
