Hi, I'm Gail, an in-house translator from Russian to English here at Gherson. I wanted to do a charity event in memory of my grandmother and as she and my grandpa used to ride a tandem on their holidays (see photo below!) I thought a cycle ride was appropriate. I chose the Alzheimer's Society as my charity because she also suffered from dementia later in life. In late March 2012 Gherson represented a citizen of Tanzania in a successful appeal to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) against the entry clearance officer (ECO), Nairobi.
